Masterclass On Transition From Pediatric To Adult Healthcare In Patients With GI Or Liver Disease, Porto, Portugal

This course is addressed to Paediatric Gastroenterologists and Hepatologists, as well as Adult Gastroenterologists and Hepatologists, AHPs are also welcomed, to provide information and training on the best practices for the handover process, with participation of some successful European programs.

The 2-day course would be held in Porto, Portugal expecting to address 30 delegates from Paediatrics, Gastroenterology, Hepatology  and AHPs to discuss and train in the planning and practice of transition programs. The program will include lectures but also role-model playing and discussion of scenarios within small groups.
